Bootcamp FAQs


Q. What time and days is the bootcamp running?

A. Just for women, the camp presently runs on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6am and Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am.
There is also a co-ed camp on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am.

Q. I'm not sure if I want to enroll.  Is there a trial?

A. Yes! The first 2 weeks are free.  If, after the first 2 weeks, you want to  continue, great. However, if you don't want to continue after the first 2 weeks, then you can stop and you don't owe a dime.

Q. The workouts in the videos seem quite hard.  I don't know if I can keep up. Can I still join?

A.  The workouts are as hard as you need them to be.  You can take extra rest or modify the exercises if you need to.  However, I am there to help push you a bit.  You need to go at least a little out of your comfort zone if you want to get results.

Q. Is it ladies only?

A. We have ladies only and co-ed groups.

Q. What is the age range?

A.  We have participants ranging in age from twenties to fifties.

Q. Were is the camp held?

A. The camp is at KO Fitness in North Vancouver.
    The address is 1350 Pemberton Ave.

Q.  How long are the classes?

A. Classes are approximately 1 hour in length.
