Caroline's Story

I'm a Toronto based film and television actor and I  trained with Dan in preparation to shoot a television series. I knew I had a two month hiatus in Vancouver and I knew I wanted to feel very fit and confident at the end of it. 

I trained with Dan three days a week over the course of six weeks.

Within the first week I felt a difference in my energy and stamina. By the second I noticed greater definition in my legs, arms, abdomen, and my quality of sleep.  In three weeks my clothes fit more flatteringly and my posture had improved. By the end of six weeks I felt fabulous.

I felt very challenged during the sessions yet I didn't feel any burn out. I was motivated to work consistently and I looked forward to my sessions. Bob Six Weeks Later

Bob's Story

Married with a four year old son and a time consuming/stressful job makes keeping fit a real challenge.  Finding the time for a workout given family and work commitments is difficult.  As well, eating "right" can be particularly challenging when you are eating out 7 to 10 times a week. As you can see from the "before" picture there was a focus on great wine and food. 

At my annual physical in February I knew I had to do something when the doctor informed me that I was in pretty good shape for someone in their mid to late 50's. I was 39 at the time.  Enough was enough.

I asked Dan what changes I should make.  Dan made a number of recommendations on both diet and a running program and for the next six weeks I completed two 35 minute runs and two regular work outs with Dan each week.  In addition, I made a number of improvements in my diet including reducing the amount of red wine, sweets and carbs.

As you can see from the "after" picture the results were pretty good.  In six weeks I dropped weight and decreased my waist size.  Thanks Dan.
